Working with Tru Niagen, a Niagen Bioscience brand, has been an exciting new chapter in my copywriting career. It challenged me to take a deeper dive into the world of NAD+ science, cellular health, and healthy aging, and find ways to translate complex research into storytelling that feels approachable, relevant, and human.
What makes the work especially interesting is the range of audiences and touchpoints. I’ve developed long-form copy, social content, campaign messaging, and UGC scripts, each requiring a different level of education, storytelling, and brand voice. I’ve also had the opportunity to write across Niagen Bioscience’s broader brand ecosystem, where the audience and purpose can shift from consumer-focused wellness storytelling to more science- and research-driven communications.
That range has pushed me to think beyond simply finding the right words. It’s about understanding who you’re speaking to, what they already know, what they need to understand, and what will make them care. I’ve loved the challenge of taking a highly scientific subject and finding the human story within it, while maintaining the credibility and precision that the research demands.
